You can cancel any attendee ticket by your dashboard. The attendee will be informed by Email.


Note: Refund will not be initiated just after deleting tickets it's an another process.


Steps to follow: 


1. Login or sign-in to your Townscript account.


2. Select the desired events in which you want to cancel tickets.

  • Click on the event

  • Go to the attendees' section(Left sidebar), where you can see the list of all attendees.


3. Cancel Ticket.

  • Go to the attendee data to whom ticket you want to cancel. 
  • Click on cancel ticket icon.


  • Select the ticket type you want to cancel & click on cancel button.



The attendee will be informed by email.
