How many speakers can I invite on stage, at a time?
At a time upto 6 speakers can be invited on stage.
What if my event date is not within 30 days validity of the subscription?
Usually for virtual events we recommend getting your event live within 2-3 weeks of the planned event date. However, depending on the nature of your event if you feel like getting your event live more than 30 days before the event date, please reach out to us and we will help you out.

How do I communicate requests/content details for features of Speaker Bio, Sponsorship Highlighting and Multi-Day session requests?
Once you create an event you will have to fill the details in a form accessible from your event dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once paid for the subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
Can I upgrade the subscription to Professional?
Yes. You can upgrade the plan from the Subscriptions page in the menu.
Can I get the session recording?
Yes, you have to let us know before hand if you would like to have the session recorded. The recorded session link will be emailed to you post session.
