Event organizers are at the very core of our industry, and we understand the importance of timely funds for smooth event management. Accordingly, our payout policy is designed to be flexible and organizer-friendly.


Payouts based on your requirements

Payout clearance depends on your preference. Some organizers prefer daily payouts, others weekly, and some opt for payouts after the event. For new organizers, payouts are generally processed on a weekly basis.


If you have any specific payout requirements, please write to us at help@townscript.com, mentioning your request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.


Please note that our accounts team does not process payouts when there is only a single transaction in the account, as this may create issues in case refunds need to be issued later. If you have made a test or demo transaction and would like it to be cleared to your bank account, kindly write to us at help@townscript.com informing us of the same.



For new organizers

If you are using Townscript for the first time, it may take up to a week initially for payouts to begin. This is due to compliance requirements, as we conduct due diligence to ensure account safety and security.
