If the amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received a booking confirmation via email or SMS, please be assured that your funds are secure.


This occurs when the transaction remains pending due to non-receipt of final confirmation from the bank or payment gateway, often caused by temporary technical issues or high system load. Our system continues to follow up with the bank or gateway for 24–48 hours. If the transaction is confirmed within this period, the tickets will be generated and sent to your registered email address. If not, the transaction is marked as failed.


Refund Process

For failed transactions where the amount was deducted, the refund is processed by your bank and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account. As this timeline is bank-dependent, Townscript has limited ability to expedite the process. If there is a delay beyond this period, please contact your bank for further assistance.
