Thanks for creating the event on Townscript. The mentioned scenario occurs when the Ticket Sales start date and time has been wrongly entered. You can change all this easily from the Dashboard, just follow the below-mentioned steps.
Steps to follow:
1. Login or sign-in to your Townscript account.
2. Select the event for which you are facing the issue.
Click on the event.
3) Go to the Tickets menu(left sidebar), in front of each ticket name, you will have the edit ticket option(1st icon). Click on it to edit ticket details.
4) Please set the desired start and end date and time of Ticket Sales. Click on UPDATE.
Your problem should be resolved now.
