You can easily change the availability status of the Tickets you have made. There are three statuses available from which you can choose, these are:

  1. Available: When you want to accept the booking for the particular ticket.

  2. Halt: When you want to temporarily stop the booking for a particular ticket due to any reason. Without any need of changing the date and time of ticket sales, you can simply Halt the sales of it.

  3. Hidden: When you want to sell a particular ticket only to your special guests or for a special discount, you can hide a ticket for the general public.


You can choose any of the above statuses just by following the below steps:

Steps to follow:

1. Login or sign-in to your Townscript account.

2. Select the event in which you want to make the changes.

  • Click on the desired event


3) Go to the Tickets menu(Left menu bar), and choose the status from Available/Halt/Hidden, in front of the ticket name.

Once you change the status it gets saved automatically.
