You can easily change the availability status of the Tickets you have made. There are three statuses available from which you can choose, these are:
Available: When you want to accept the booking for the particular ticket.
Halt: When you want to temporarily stop the booking for a particular ticket due to any reason. Without any need of changing the date and time of ticket sales, you can simply Halt the sales of it.
Hidden: When you want to sell a particular ticket only to your special guests or for a special discount, you can hide a ticket for the general public.
You can choose any of the above statuses just by following the below steps:
Steps to follow:
1. Login or sign-in to your Townscript account.
2. Select the event in which you want to make the changes.
Click on the desired event
3) Go to the Tickets menu(Left menu bar), and choose the status from Available/Halt/Hidden, in front of the ticket name.
Once you change the status it gets saved automatically.
